It's simple. In between sets of weights, I do a yoga pose (or two poses). Assuming I do 15 sets of weight lifting, I'll get about 15 minutes of yoga/stretching done over the course of my weight routine. Often that's more than enough stretching for me. Sometimes I'll do another 10 minutes post-weights.
The usual lightweight clothing, anti-sweat athletic wear that dries quickly will do just great. For men its light tees with shorts and women can wear a tank top or sports bra with shorts or lightweight pilates memphis yoga-style pants.
If you're like me and plan on saving your stretching to after your weight routine, you won't stretch very much. But, when I incorporate stretching into my weight routine, I get 10 to 15 excellent stretches that covers my entire body and all the main yoga moves.
Commune as much as you want in the reception area...but once you enter the yoga room, silence is the mantra. It pays to start your practice peacefully. I recommend you lie on your Yoga mat and fill your mind with things that feel good to you; let the heat bake those good feelings into your limbs. Really. So - zip the lip in the yoga room and open your heart to... whatever you want.
One of the best natural fabrics for yoga pants is Bamboo. Bamboo is very eco friendly to produce. It requires no chemical or irrigation. Bamboo is a very comfortable fabric. It is breathable and acts as a thermal regulator as well. It will keep you warmer when it is cold and cooler when you are hot yoga. This makes it great for active wear and yoga pants. Bamboo also is absorbent and will help keep you dry during your workout. Another wonderful thing about Bamboo is that is has antimicrobial properties. This means that it naturally is resistant to bacteria growth which can cause body odor. This is definitely a plus in work out clothing.
